Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped out within 3 business days after placing your order. *Please note that in times of high volume (sales, new releases etc.), shipping may be a little delayed. 

​

I ship via Canada Post or UPS. All orders include tracking.

Local pick-up in Toronto is also an option, please wait for your confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up.

Once an order is marked by the carrier as delivered, I cannot issue a refund or replacement for stolen or missing packages. Please ensure your address is inputed correctly to avoid any issues.

Returns / Refunds/Exchange Policies

Returns and refunds are processed on a case by case basis. Please e-mail me to discuss if there is an issue with your order.  Exchanges are possible within the guidelines found below.

Only products purchased on www.universal--flowering.com can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Any products bought elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase and within their individual guidelines.

​

Exchanges will only be considered if :

- The sender uses registered and tracked mail. (The cost of return to me is your responsibility)

- The product has not been sampled/tested.

- The product is returned in sellable condition.

- The return has been initiated within 14 days of receiving your items.

​

Signature Perfumes, Gift Sets, and Discovery Sets are Final Sale.
