Are your products tested on animals?

No animal testing, and no animal derived materials. If I am to use a natural animal-derived product in a perfume, it will be starkly noted that the product is not vegan. All materials used are cruelty free.

Do your products contain phthalates, parabens, or BHT?

No.

Can I place an international order?

Canada, the US and some parts of the UK are able to order directly through me. All other orders should be placed through one of my stockists who handle international shipping, ie Lucky Scent.

Can you give me free samples? I'm a fragrance influencer etc etc?

No, sorry - I do not do gifts for sponsored content. 

Most* orders above $100 will include a free sample. (*if inventory allows!*)

You stopped making my favourite perfumes! Can I special order it?

In most cases, a scent is discontinued due to material sourcing issues or new IFRA guidelines. Therefore, this is very case by case!

For special orders we have a size minimum of 50ml.

Shipping Policy

​

Orders are typically processed & shipped within 3-4 business days after placing your order.

The time frame you see next to shipping options is the estimated time of delivery *AFTER* your order has been processed & given to the delivery carrier.

In times of high volume (sales, major holidays, new releases etc.), shipping may be delayed.

I typically ship using UPS Standard, or by Canada Post/USPS. 

​

If an order is delayed after it has been shipped, please contact the shipping provider as I cannot do anything after it has been passed on to them.

​​

Once an order is marked by the carrier as delivered, I cannot issue a refund or replacement for stolen or missing packages due to a wrongly inputted address.

If you don't feel that your package can be left in a secure spot, please leave a note at checkout requesting I use a "signature required" method of shipping.

This isn't Amazon :) Please fill in all forms (including phone number!!) double check your address is correct before placing an order.

Returns / Refunds/ Exchange Policies

Signature Perfumes, Gift Sets, Gift Cards and Sample Sets are Final Sale. 

​

For regular sized perfumes (ie. 15ml and 50ml) returns and refunds are processed on a case by case basis. Please e-mail me to discuss if there is an issue with your order.  Exchanges are possible within the guidelines found below.

Only products purchased on www.universal--flowering.com can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Any products bought elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase and within their individual guidelines.

​

Exchanges will only be considered if:

​

- The sender uses registered and tracked mail. (The cost of return to me is your responsibility)

- The product has not been sampled/sprayed. Not even once. 

- The product is returned in sellable condition.

- The return has been initiated within 7 days of receiving your items.
